Courteney Cox, the star of Cougar Town and former member of the popular tv sitcom Friends, may be in her mid 40s, but man, she still looks hot!

Apparently she keeps herself in great shape doing these exercises:

2. Single leg deadlift

3. Reverse lunges

4. Supermans

5. Chair pose

6. Half moon pose

And for cardio, the Cougar Town babe works on the  treadmill for an additional 30-60 minutes. She tries to stay within 60 to 85 percent of the maximum heart rate--"the fat burning zone"--to get the best burn possible, according to her fitness trainer Michelle Lovitt.

Looking at J-Lo, you wouldn't believe that she's already 41 years of age. I mean, seriously. Just look at her. She is in such great shape and looks just as beautiful and sexy as ever. She was also recently voted as People Magazine's "most beautiful" person of 2011.

The luscious Ms Lopez recently also revealed that the reason why she is in such superb shape was because she worked out at least 6 times a week! “You can hide a lot with good clothes, but when you’re doing a video, you really can’t because the clothes get smaller!” said J-Lo.

The hot milf from Real Housewives of New Jersey (NHNJ) is apparently teaming up witth two other reality tv stars Heidi Montag (of the Hills) and Jake Pavelka (of the Bachelor - Wings of Love). They will be working on a food-related series for the channel VH1.
