How Does Britney Spears Keep Her Sexy Body in Shape?

As Britney Spears starts her preparation for her next Femme Fatale concert tour, she's hard at work to look better  and sexier than ever.

Sources  reportedly said she normally ran 120 minutes per day in her early days of touring. This means she she's no stranger to the importance of physical fitness. Apparently Bally Total Fitness is her favorite place to workout.

According to those familiar with the Bally Total Fitness philosophy, Britney Spears's workout routine would be something along these lines:
  • A 5-10 minute warm-up
  • Approximately 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity
  • A 5-10 minute cool-down
  • Stretching and toning for 10 minutes

As important part of Britney's workout routine would include building and maintaining muscle. To get a hot body like hers, she would do one to three sets of eight to 12 repetitions of exercises such as:
  • Leg extension
  • Leg curl
  • Seated row
  • Chest press
  • Bicep curl
  • Tricep extension
  • Shoulder press
A healthy diet: To stay in tip-top shape, it's reported that Britney Spears sought the advice of a celebrity nutritionist who recommended six small low-fat organic meals per day with plenty of protein to keep her energy level up. She doesnt eat simple carbs like pasta and white flour, but instead she consumes lots of complex carbs in the form of vegetables, whole grain breads, and brown rice. Snacks are mostly fruit, nuts, and low-fat yogurt.

Remember Ralph Macchio, the Karate Kid?

I was just wondering whatever's happened to the Karate Kid Ralph Macchio. Back in the 80s, that movie was one of my favorites. Karate Kid II was ok, but Karate Kid III was a huge disappointment.

Ralph back then...

After that, I've not seen Ralph Macchio in any other movies. I was rather surprised to learn that the guy can actually dance! Who would'a thought...

Anyway here's the article I read from

Ralph today
'Karate Kid' star Ralph Macchio was awarded the most points in the first episode of 'Dancing With the Stars.'

Ralph Macchio is in the lead on 'Dancing with the Stars'.

The 'Karate Kid' actor and his partner Karina Smirnoff finished the first show with a total of 24 points, putting him ahead of other contestants Kirstie Alley, Petra Nemkova and Kendra Wilkinson.

Judge Bruno Tonioli told the former child star that he had "great showmanship" but needed to watch his "weird" hand.

English Premier League: Super Suarez Strikes Again

Looks like the smiles are back on the Liverpool faithful. The Kop's new favorite player Luis Suarez inspired Liverpool to a 2-0 away win against Sunderland. Super Suarez actually scored a special goal from a tight angle in the middle of the second half, after a dubious penalty (finished by Kuyt) gave Liverpool a 1-0 at halftime.

Man of the match Suarez

Andy Carroll also started the game, but he was mostly ordinary and did not live up to his £35 million price tag. Perhaps he will get his form in the next few games...

Anyway with the win, Liverpool have consolidated their position in the league, and are within striking distance of 5th placed Tottenham.

Well done, boys!
