How Does Britney Spears Keep Her Sexy Body in Shape?

As Britney Spears starts her preparation for her next Femme Fatale concert tour, she's hard at work to look better  and sexier than ever.

Sources  reportedly said she normally ran 120 minutes per day in her early days of touring. This means she she's no stranger to the importance of physical fitness. Apparently Bally Total Fitness is her favorite place to workout.

 According to those familiar with the Bally Total Fitness philosophy, Britney Spears's workout routine would be something along these lines:
  • A 5-10 minute warm-up
  • Approximately 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity
  • A 5-10 minute cool-down
  • Stretching and toning for 10 minutes

As important part of Britney's workout routine would include building and maintaining muscle. To get a hot body like hers, she would do one to three sets of eight to 12 repetitions of exercises such as:
  • Leg extension
  • Leg curl
  • Seated row
  • Chest press
  • Bicep curl
  • Tricep extension
  • Shoulder press
A healthy diet: To stay in tip-top shape, it's reported that Britney Spears sought the advice of a celebrity nutritionist who recommended six small low-fat organic meals per day with plenty of protein to keep her energy level up. She doesnt eat simple carbs like pasta and white flour, but instead she consumes lots of complex carbs in the form of vegetables, whole grain breads, and brown rice. Snacks are mostly fruit, nuts, and low-fat yogurt.
