English Premier League: Super Suarez Strikes Again

Looks like the smiles are back on the Liverpool faithful. The Kop's new favorite player Luis Suarez inspired Liverpool to a 2-0 away win against Sunderland. Super Suarez actually scored a special goal from a tight angle in the middle of the second half, after a dubious penalty (finished by Kuyt) gave Liverpool a 1-0 at halftime.

Man of the match Suarez

Andy Carroll also started the game, but he was mostly ordinary and did not live up to his £35 million price tag. Perhaps he will get his form in the next few games...

Anyway with the win, Liverpool have consolidated their position in the league, and are within striking distance of 5th placed Tottenham.

Well done, boys!
